This tutorial addresses the Taming the Beast quest chain from the point just just before Thotar provides you with a taming Rod for a Dire Mottled Boar in Razor Hill. Thotar offers you a series of three taming rods, each differs and makes it possible for you tame beasts in the following order: Dire Mottled Boar, Surf Crawler and at last an Armored Scorpid.

When you have done the taming Section of the Quest chain, you have got to head to anchor Orgrimmar and talk to Ormak Grimshot while in the Valley of Honor in order to unlock your pet managing abilities: Tame Beast; Feed Pet; Revive Pet; and Beast Training.

Last but not least, remember to visit the Pet Trainer and grab the Pet capabilities that you will need to give to your pet.
